Your Site Has Really Helped My Anxiety

I really know your site has helped me. It opened my eyes to "Chinese Methods Of Health". I now perform meditation and so many of your exercises I've learned from this site. I still suffer from anxiety but it's now "mild". My anxiety used to be much worse until I came across your site.
I now read all I can in regards to meditation and the Chinese way to good health. The breathing exercises have really made my breathing more powerful and my lung capacity is greater. It amazes me how breathing can improve strength, endurance, anxiety and overall health. You have my permission to use my full name, pic and statement on your site. Shannon Macri

As you've discovered, they are simple but very powerful ways to improve health, especially when you do them regularly. By the way, if you find the anxiety breathing exercises don't stop your anxiety fully, I recommend you see a Chinese medicine practitioner for some Chinese herbal medicine. It usually works very well for anxiety.
