Long Life Exercise Program - Save Version
Use this feature if you wish to store a copy of the videos on your computer, or disk, etc, for offline viewing. Right click each link and choose "save link as" (Firefox browser) or "save target as" (IE browser), then select where you'd like to store them. The files are windows media files (.wmv). They range in size from 2-4mb, so downloading them shouldn't take too long depending, of course, on your Internet speed. Any problems or questions just let me know. Matthew
