Urinary Control Exercises

My muscles controlling urine are aging, apparently. How about some exercises to tighten them up?

Matthew's reply: Hi Marie, two exercises that may help the muscles controlling urine are the thigh burner and the anal Lock. Most people do the thigh burner specifically for the thighs and the anal lock to ease tailbone pain BUT both have an effect on the pelvic area in general.

Give them a try and if you have questions or comments about doing these exercises for urinary control just post below. They are easy to learn and do. The anal lock can be done virtually anywhere, while sitting down or lying down, even while standing. The thigh burner is more demanding and will take some time to do it for more than a couple of minutes each time. But if you persist you should get favorable results.

Exercise To Increase The Size 0f Penis?

Matthew's reply: Gurjeet, many readers may be surprised to hear that there are traditional Chinese exercises for the male and female sexual organs (sexercises). These are highly therapeutic exercises that are not to be misused. The male exercises are not specifically for increasing the size of the penis but are generally for improving blood flow to the genitals, stimulating sexual hormones and increasing sexual energy.

I have benefited through doing these exercises myself. There are specific self-massage exercises and techniques to improve blood flow to the penis and strengthen the tendons and muscles of the penis. However, I cannot say if these exercises will increase the size of the penis.

There are books on traditional Chinese sexercises. It's not a topic I cover on this website. One example is "The Complete Book of Chinese Health & Healing: Guarding the Three Treasures." I've had a copy for over 15 years. It is available at Amazon.com.

Exercises for Premature Ejaculation

Hi, is there any exercise to improve mens performance during sex?

Matthew's reply: Hi Gursharan, yes there are exercises for premature ejaculation and improving performance in bed.

In the Back-Neck section of this site see the Anal Lock exercise which tones and strengthens the pelvic region. Also in the Hips-Thighs section see the Thigh Burner exercise which tones and strengthens the pelvic area too. Both exercises can help premature ejaculation and improve performance. Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine may also be of use, however for these you would need to see a professional practitioner. Post here if you have questions or comments.
