Matthew, using your information this is now the first time I have been able to breath through my nose in as long as I can remember and after only two nights. I also woke up with my back not sore today, which is the first time that has happened in as long as I can remember. I really want to thank-you. Being a police officer my first instinct is to investigate things I read, things I find. I scrutinized youre site, trying the diet, the nasal flushing and some of the other stuff I was unsure about. Hi, I don't actually feel pain, just stiffness sometimes, especially after martial arts weapons training. Anyway, I tried the
Back Arch
and then the
Back Twist
plus the interlock your fingers behind your back (arms down) and flap your elbows. All my problems pretty much felt instantly much better. All I did was stand away from the computer and try these for a minute or two. It felt like a miracle! Thank you so very much. I went through just about your entire website, and I believe that it will be quite helpful to me. I really appreciate your putting so much helpful info on the internet for people like me to use. I look forward to the relief that I know will come from these exercises, especially without additional pain medication. I would so very much like to get off the meds as I am concerned about how they will affect my liver long term. I already get periodic lymphatic drainage massages and they seem to help.
