Matthew,
I am the Crew Development Manager for a post-frame building construction company. We have over 1000 crew members who ride for up to an hour and a half, get out and do very physical work at a pretty fast pace. I'm interested in providing them some of your exercises to use after arriving at the job site. The stretching and strengthening exercises would help them avoid the sprains and strains associated with going directly to physical activities after being tight and stiff from from the long ride to the job.
I'm contacting you to ask for written permission to use your descriptions of the following exercises:
- Back Twist Back Stretching
- Back Arch Stretching
- Forward Backward Bend
- Neck Twist-Stiff Neck
- Upper Back Stretch
- Hip Swivel
- The Lumbar Rub
- Leg Stretch
- Forward Lunge
- Thigh Burner
- Ankle Stretch & Roll
- Knee Circles
Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
Matthew's reply: Jay, yes that's fine. Most of those exercises are classics - simple to do yet highly effective when done often. How do you plan on presenting the exercises to your crew? If I can be of further help just let me know.
