Stiff Neck and Balance Problem

by Kris
(Kansas)

I have had this problem for a very long time. When I start to walk or work on the computer for a while I can feel my neck getting stiff (with pain) and I start to lose balance while walking. This is only for a second or two. Anyone had similar experiences and what was done to get rid of it?

Matthew's reply: Hi Kris, is the problem perhaps the result of an old back or neck injury? Have you had it checked out, i.e. x-rays etc? If you haven't been examined then this should be your first move, otherwise suggesting what might be causing your stiff neck and loss of balance would be guessing. If a medical examination doesn't find any problem then I'm confident the Stiff Neck Program will help you. Any questions just post them below.

All the best,

Matthew
