I'm sure anyone with stiff muscles in the neck appreciates Matthew Scott's neck exercises and stretches. I know I do and certainly needed this help. Hopefully, I will not have to go to the chiropractor as much. Anyone else out there with stiffness in the neck?

Matthew's reply: Hi, thanks for your comments. Those neck exercises you mention are great for loosening tight, sore neck and upper back muscles, and for re-aligning your spine. I do them myself virtually every day - not only for relief when I'm at my computer for hours at a time, but also to prevent upper back and neck stiffness. All the best.
