Neck Pain and Stiffness

by Saqib
(Jubail,estern province,ksa)

From the last five weeks, i have had neck and shoulder pain. i used some english medicines but i am not yet relieved. orthopedics consultant told me that perhaps this due to vertebrates cord gap. they advise me to do some exercises related to neck muscles, so i need some exercises in regard to this. thank you.

Matthew's reply: Hi Saqib, you'll find many neck and upper back exercises in the Back-Neck section of the site. Choose a couple of exercises that seem to match your particular problem. Do the exercises slowly and gently - never force an exercise, especially if you are in pain or discomfort.

I also have a Stiff Neck Program specifically for people with neck and upper back pain and stiffness. Users of the program report that it's very helpful. If you have further questions please post them.

All the best,

Matthew
