Knee Exercises Program

This Knee Exercises Program contains exercises and techniques for strengthening knees and for recovery of certain knee injuries like knee sprains and bruised knees.

I'm Matthew Scott and I've been exercising the Chinese way since 1987. That's when I began my formal study of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

I started doing traditional Chinese exercises after a lifting accident gave me severe leg and low back pain. The exercises helped so much I decided to make TCM my career. Since 2005 my main focus has been teaching the Chinese way of health online via this website.
