Is there a single EASY best exercise for losing belly fat?

Hi, if you're looking for just one exercise then it would have to be doing some form of cardio exercise to burn excess fat overall. My suggestion is to combine cardio exercise, such as from brisk walking, jogging on sand, running up hills, exercise bike, treadmill, sports, or similar, with some specific abs exercises to firm and tone this area.

You may well need to adjust your diet too. Generally speaking, foods to minimize are starchy ones like white rice, white bread, cakes, pastries, pizza and pasta. Make sure you eat plenty of bulky, fibre-rich vegetables, such as leafy greens. Also, note that if you're 40 years old or over, you will tend to put on a few extra kilos (usually around the belly and waist) due to the natural slowing down of your metabolism.

As you can see from my answer, to lose excess belly fat, or fat anywhere on your body, requires more than just one single exercise or technique, and you MUST follow a balanced diet that matches your particular body type and needs. Questions or comments welcome.
