How to Stop Sacroiliac Pain

Can the Anal Lock be performed during pregnancy?

Matthew's reply: Yes, you can do the Anal Lock during pregnancy. Do it gently though - do not force it. If in doubt ask your health professional.

Regarding the Anal Lock for sacroiliac pain, I have a lower back problem that sometimes causes pain to radiate down to my sacroiliac area. Doing the anal lock stops the pain. You can do it sitting or lying down. The Anal Lock technique is very simple to do.

Any questions or comments on doing the Anal Lock for sacroiliac pain just post them below.

All the best,

Matthew
