Fear, Panic Attack, No Strength
by: Michelle

How do i get my strength back from fear and anxiety attack that lead to panic attack?

Matthew's reply: Hi Michelle, can you give more details please? Do you feel weak after an anxiety or panic attack, or before, or...?

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), lack of strength is usually treated with correct diet and Chinese herbal medicine. Both of these can also help stop anxiety and panic attacks, as can acupressure and breathing exercises.

You will find acupressure and breathing exercises for anxiety and panic attacks here.

To know which foods and Chinese herbal medicine is right for you, you will need a TCM diagnosis. This cannot be done on the Internet. If you don't know where to find a TCM practitioner try www.acufinder.com.

If you have any general questions about how TCM treats anxiety and panic attacks just post them below.

All the best,

Matthew

Anxiety and fear

Re anxiety and fear in everything I do in life:

Hi Zaf, without knowing more about your particular problem I can only make a general recommendation... to try the acupressure points and breathing exercises in the Anxiety-Stress section of this site. If you'd like to give more details I'd be happy to try and help. All the best.
