Help Stop Panic Attacks

Can these exercises help stop panic attacks?

Matthew's reply: Hi, I guess you are asking about acupressure, reflexology and breathing exercises. Yes, these techniques can help stop panic attacks. They are easy to do and safe so I suggest you take a look, choose a couple of techniques that you feel best match your situation and start doing them as instructed. They should be done daily even when you don't have anxiety - the key is to prevent the next panic attack!

See how you go over the next week or so and let me know if you have any questions. There are also other techniques that can help stop panic attacks but I suggest you try these other ones first.
