Heart Palpitations

by Jessica
(Tennessee)

I frequently experience panic attacks with heart palpitations where it feels like my heart skips a beat or does one hard beat. When it occurs once, my pulse races and it will do it again, and again and again until I finally calm down. What can I do to stop these?
Thanks,
J

Matthew's reply: Hi Jessica, two very effective methods you can try for panic attacks and palpitations and to regulate your heart beat are acupressure and breathing exercises.

These techniques are safe and simple to do. See how you go over the next week or two. If you don't feel better let me know as there are other techniques you can try.

Any questions or comments about acupressure and breathing exercises for panic attacks, heart palpitations, etc, just post them below.

All the best,

Matthew
