I've been doing these exercises myself since 1987 when aged 22 I hurt my back lifting a box of dog food.
An orthopedic surgeon told me I needed a spinal operation or I'd be in a wheelchair by age 30. I'm now 45, I'm not in a wheelchair and I do not have lower back pain.
