Exercises For Back Spasms

Which one of your exercises will help with back spasms. I just really started developing these spasms. I truly don't like talking medication to relieve the pain.

Matthew's reply: Hi Nita, regarding exercises for back spasms, it depends which part of your back is affected. Do you get lower back spasms? Upper back spasms? Or elsewhere? Take a look in the Back section and choose 1 or 2 exercises that best match your particular problem. Start slowly and gently and never force an exercise.

Make sure you warm up first so you don't injure yourself by stretching cold, stiff muscles and joints. You can warm up with 10-15 minutes of walking, or on an exercise bike or treadmill or any number of other ways. See how you go over a week or so and let me know if you have any questions.
