Each clip is small in file size (2-4mb) so, depending on your internet speed, they should quickly begin playing. Also, to minimize download time each clip shows, for example, 3 repetitions of an exercise, not all 10 or 15.

Note: The final exercise in the program (8. Sleep Inducer) is not shown in a video clip as it is a relaxation breathing technique that you do in bed once you've done the above 7 exercises and techniques. Please refer to the program notes (see link at top of this page) for full instructions.
