Chinese Common Cold Program

The program contains time-tested, traditional Chinese self-massage, acupressure and breathing techniques to relieve and prevent colds and cold symptoms. Follow the video order from left to right, top to bottom. Tip: Practice an exercise or technique while you're waiting for the next one to download - each clip is from 2-4mb and, depending on your Internet connection, should only take a few minutes to download. Replays should begin immediately. Also, to minimize download time each clip shows, for example, 3 repetitions of an exercise, not all 10 or 15. Please refer to the
