Matthew's reply: Andrew, please elaborate - are you referring to a teenager who should have developed pubic hair by now but for some health reason hasn't? Or are you referring to a different situation? Basically, in Traditional Chinese Medicine, normal growth and maturation - including sexual maturation - are controlled by the kidneys. It is possible Chinese herbal medicine, i.e. herbal kidney tonics, can help grow pubic hair in a sexually underdeveloped person, but without knowing more about the person concerned I can only offer general advice. A face to face consultation with a qualified Chinese herbal medicine practitioner would be necessary. Matthew |
