Chinese Exercises Before Or After Walking?

by Joanne
(Barbados)

I walk 4 times a week for 45mins at a brisk pace and would like to know if i can do these exercises either before or after walking or if i should do them on the days that i do not walk.

Matthew's reply: Hi Joan, it depends on you. You can do them anytime really. Probably after walking is best, when you are warmed up. On days you don't walk is fine too.

I also walk for about 45 minutes and at the end, with my body fully warmed up, I do 10 minutes or so of stretching exercises from the site. Some days I just 20-30 minutes of exercises from the site, mainly from the Long Life Exercise Program.

It really does depend on you. Just make sure you warm up before doing stretching exercises. If you have any questions about any of the exercises on the site or the long life program just post below.

All the best,

Matthew
