Matthew's reply: Hi, you can try some of the exercises in the Abdominals section of this site, like the Ab Lift, Forward Backward Bend and Toe Circles. The Ab Lift in particular will greatly benefit your digestive and eliminative organs.
Also, several times a week experiment with physical activities such as stair climbing, skipping, soft sand running and bike riding. Short, hard workouts are best though - you don't need to run marathons to boost your metabolism and lose belly fat.
Of course diet plays a big role too - as a general guide you should minimize the amount of starchy foods you eat (e.g. white rice, white bread, cake, pastries, pizza, pasta) and eat plenty of bulky, fibre-rich, watery foods (vegetables, fruit) and lean meats.
