Belly fat loss exercises

by anonymous
(middlesbrough)

I have got a big belly and I want to lose it. Can you give me tips please?

Matthew's reply: Hi, first, you need to be doing several short but intensive cardio workouts a week to burn off the excess belly fat. You could do this by, for example, running up stairs or hills, or on soft sand, or by bike riding or skipping. Of course there are plenty of other ways too. Also try the Ab Lift in the Abdominals section of this site - it will help your digestion and bowels and help eliminate excess belly fat.

Secondly, take a look at your diet. Foods which can contribute to excess belly fat include starchy ones like white rice, white bread, pasta and pizza. Eat bulky, watery vegetables and lean meats.

These are some general ways to help lose excess belly fat. I can provide more specific help if you'd like to post more details, such as your age, job and current exercise and diet.
