This site contains simple yet effective neck and back exercises that gently stretch and strengthen your back from the base of your skull to your sacrum and down the backs of your legs. The exercises and techniques are particularly suitable for people who get a sore neck or back due to such factors as excessive sitting, overwork, stress, sports and other physical activities. Not every exercise is suitable for everyone though - it's a case of trying them and judging for yourself which ones work best for you.
