Mental Power And Health (3)

Last week I showed you a second way to use the power of your mind to improve your health. If you didn't get it scroll down to the Back Issues link.

Here is a third way to use your mind to improve your health:

Every night in bed think of 3 positive things that happened in your life that day. They do not have to be major things, anything that was positive will do. As you think about each one also think about how it made you feel. Try to feel that feeling again as you lie there - this is an important step.

Now tell yourself you want to continue having positive things happen in your life. This puts your subconscious mind to work for you. As with the previous tips on mental power, you need to do this regularly for it to make a real difference in your life.
