Single Best Exercise

The single best kind of exercise on my site is breathing exercises.

The benefits to your health are many and amazing. Breathing exercises improve you physically, mentally and emotionally and you can do them virtually anywhere. Some you can even do at work or in public without anyone knowing what you are doing.

If you are not doing them you are missing out on a very, very simple way to improve and maintain your health. If this type of exercise is new to you I urge you to start today. Also see the Stress section of the site for more breathing techniques.

By the way, everyone who accepted my skeptics challenge earlier this year did indeed have nutrient imbalances and toxic heavy metals in their body. No one had a healthy, balanced test chart. This was no surprise, especially to Dr. Wilson, who has been doing this work for over 35 years.
