Self Help, No Time, Why Bother?

Often people tell me they love my website but they have no time to do self help techniques. They would rather see a doctor for help.

My answer to them is: No one can help you like you can help yourself. It's your body, you know it better than anyone else and you can do more for it than anyone else. Bottom line, if you care about your health you will make time to help yourself.

On the other hand I get emails every week from people thanking me after trying an exercise or technique and helping themselves. Read some of the testimonials on the site. I didn't ask for them, they were sent in by people who found a way to help themselves and wanted to thank me.

There are dozens of self help techniques there for pain, stress, sleep, colds and flu, energy, weight loss and more. Many individual techniques are freely available on the site. The best ones, based on my 25 years of experience, are in programs on video.

Most of what I offer is based on the traditional Chinese way of health but over the years I've used other natural health methods too. I'll tell you more about this soon in my latest e-book. It's based on 10 simple, powerful self help techniques that I tell virtually everyone about.
