Raw Juices (cont.) + Skin Rashes

Recently I wrote about the benefits of drinking fresh, raw vegetable juice. There's nothing new or hard to understand about raw juice therapy BUT many people make the following mistake:

They don't clean up their diet and lifestyle at the same time. If you eat junk food, overwork, undersleep, don't exercise, etc, you will NEVER get the full benefits of raw vegetable juice.

It's like topping up your car engine with clean oil while never draining the old, dirty oil.

You don't have to stop all your bad habits at once. If you are able to that's great, but for many people it will be easier to do it bit by bit.

For example, start by replacing unhealthy drinks with a glass of fresh, raw vegetable juice several times a day. Unhealthy drinks include soda and creamy, milky, sugary shakes and coffees. A few weeks of doing this will give you the nutrients and energy to start changing other bad habits.

If you've had many years of unhealthy living though, you may need a complete clean out first through fasting and colonic flushes. As with juicing, there are many websites, books and health professionals like naturopaths for you to get more specific help with this.
