Last week's tip on airport and plane exercises was very well received. Thanks to everyone who wrote in with feedback and requests for more info. One lady who wrote asked, "what about office exercises?"
There are lots of quick, simple exercises and self-massage techniques you can do if you work in an office and spend hours sitting at a desk each day. Unlike in a plane where there's no room to do any of the twisting/bending type Chinese exercises, there should be enough room in your office.
My exercise website has something for just about every health complaint bothering office workers. Neck pain, lower back pain, wrist and forearm pain, sore eyes, headache, tiredness, stress, anxiety - there are exercises and self-help techniques for all these and more.
Last week I recommended several exercises for low back pain - the back arch, back twist and lumbar rub. If you missed it you will find these in the Back section of the site. The back arch and back twist work for a stiff, sore neck too.

self help tools
on the site.

Let me know if you have questions about any of the individual exercises and techniques or the programs on the site.
