New Health Site Nearly Ready. Meanwhile...

Last time I mentioned there is a way to know which minerals (and other nutrients) your body needs. I also said I'll be telling you about it very soon, when my new health site launches. I'm not quite there yet. Soon though.

Meanwhile, although the new site has me moving in a different direction online, it does not mean my exercise site (Chinese Health Exercises) no longer offers anything useful.

There's plenty there to help you. In particular, everyone should be doing at least:

Something to benefit your back like the back twist and back arch

Something to help with stress like breathing exercises

Self-massage like the lumbar rub and abdominal rub

These types of exercises and techniques will always be helpful to you.

Hopefully my next email will be to reveal my new website and a special offer for you.
