Negative Emotions Are Killers

You may remember when you subscribed to Chinese Health Tips you received a report on 2 exercises I consider to be essential. These were acupressure (self-massage) and breathing exercises.

If you need the link again it's here.

If I had to choose one type of exercise over the other I would say breathing exercises are the most important. Why? Breathing exercises are a quick, easy, very powerful way to stop negative emotions and make you feel good.

According to traditional Chinese medicine negative emotions are a major cause of illness and disease. Breathing exercises can help you stop negative emotions like stress, anxiety, anger, depression, fear and worry.

If you haven't taken the time to learn breathing exercises I urge you to. Even if you're always happy and positive, breathing exercises can make you feel even better. They energize you, make you sleep better, help you think clearer and much more.

If learning breathing exercises through the written instructions in the report and on the site is not enough for you, two programs on the site (Long Life Exercise Program and Anxiety/Stress Program) show you how on video.

Any questions, as always just let me know.
