More Exercise Not Good

Exercise - important, necessary, yes.

Exercising too often and to the point of exhaustion - unnecessary and harmful!

Even the founder of aerobics, Ken Cooper, eventually concluded that doing too much vigorous exercise is harmful.

Most people these days are simply not healthy enough to handle hard exercise like intense running, heavy weight training or vigorous sports.

Most people are poorly nourished, tired and stressed. Overly-strenuous exercise worsens this by wasting energy and using up vital nutrients that a lot of today's food no longer replenishes.

I suggest most people today are better off focusing on improving nutrition, getting enough sleep, drinking enough of the right kind of water, reducing stress and doing gentle exercise only.

Walking is probably the best overall solution for most people. And for keeping your body loose and supple, to encourage good circulation, there are many techniques on my exercise site.

If you follow a diet and lifestyle that matches your body type, things like excess weight, stress and fatigue will not be a problem. Your health overall will be far better.
