Essential Long Life Exercises

If you haven't yet started doing traditional Chinese long life exercises you are missing out on a simple way to improve your health.

Chinese long life exercises are quick and easy to learn. All you need is somewhere to do them. At home, at work, inside, outside - whatever suits you.

There are lots of different exercises and techniques you could be doing - there are currently over 100 on my website. However, there a few, based on my experience since 1987, that I consider essential.

Of all the body areas you can exercise, a most important one is your back. A strong, flexible back and spine is vital for good health and a long life.

Exercises that require you to bend forwards, backwards and to each side and to twist from side to side are the most important. Such exercises move your spine in all directions, making it stronger and more flexible. Exercises that stretch your legs are also important.
