Lemon Water & Why You Should Drink It

Today I want to re-emphasize the health benefits of lemon juice through a great article I found. Everyone should be drinking lemon water, even if you have a stomach ulcer.

Lemon juice in water is about the easiest health remedy you can make - cut a lemon, squeeze it into a glass of water, stir and sip. It's an effective remedy for many ailments and a powerful preventative when taken daily.
