Health Benefits of Honey and Vinegar

If you've got my Chinese Home Remedies E-book you'll know it contains some honey and vinegar remedies. Since releasing the e-book last month I have continued to write about the health benefits of honey and vinegar in particular.

This is due to my own interest (I am always taking some kind of remedy) and in response to reader's questions and feedback.

One guy, an Australian businessman in China, said the honey hangover remedy was "unbelievable", having worked 4 out of 4 times that he tried it in the past month.

I don't want to encourage excessive drinking but if you are a drinker you should make sure you always have a jar of honey at home. If you don't drink, there are lots of other reasons why you should always have honey (and vinegar) in your home. Read my latest honey and vinegar articles.

Any questions, as always, let me know.
