12 Green Tea Benefits

There are few easier ways to improve your health than drinking green tea. I know this not just because scientific research proves it but also because I've been drinking it every day for the past 9 years here in China.

I have about 3 small pots of green tea a day, which equals about 3 or 4 coffee mugs of tea a day. I have one pot around each mealtime, sometimes just before meals, sometimes just after. My favorite and one of the best green teas is called Tie Guan Yin. Tie Guan Yin is very popular here in China. It has a slightly sweet smell and taste and a golden-yellow color when made.

There are many green tea benefits. Below are some I have noticed myself and have been told about by Chinese doctors and Chinese friends in my 9 years of daily green tea drinking:
