Good Health Is Not This

Last time I wrote about digestive health and how to improve it. If you missed it see the back issues link at the bottom of this email.

This tip is about other, simple things you can do for your health. I've written about some of these things before, like:

Drinking enough water every day

Drinking carrot juice every day

Regular foot massage

Sauna benefits

Sleep the silent healer

Cooked vegetables benefits

Skin brushing

Breathing exercises

Avoiding white sugar and white flour products

Good health is about the things you do on a daily or weekly basis like the above examples. These are easy, effective ways to help yourself.

Looking after your health does not mean promptly seeing a doctor when you are sick or having an annual medical check. These things can be important but it is the things YOU DO FOR YOURSELF each day or each week that make the greatest difference to your health.

Waiting till you get sick and putting your health completely in the hands of others is dumb and it's lazy. I know plenty of people like this - some are family.

If you missed my previous tips about the above self-help techniques, see the back issues link at the bottom of this page.

Any questions let me know.

To your good health,

Great idea: Create a new email folder and save each health tip for easy access later - you never know when you might need one of them!
