Get Happy - Clear Negative Emotions

Sometimes, like today, I will recommend other health websites to you - websites with information and products that I don't offer and that I have used myself and know to work.

Why? The traditional Chinese way of health is a simple yet powerful way to get and stay healthy but it's not the only path to better health. I've been following the Chinese way of health for 22 years and I always will but I do non-Chinese things for my health too.

One technique I have used repeatedly on myself and family members and I know works is a modern version of Chinese acupressure. You may have heard of it - it's called Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT.

EFT is a very powerful self-help tool that is easy to learn. Learn it and you can clear emotional problems, stop pain, lose weight, boost work and sports performance and a lot more.

EFT combines tapping of acupressure points with voicing of positive affirmations related to your problem. Identify a problem, create an affirmation related to it and tap the points while repeating the affirmation.

If your current thinking doesn't allow you to believe that EFT might work I urge you to try before you judge.
