Garlic Tea For Germs, Immunity, Libido and More.

Since my recent tip on using lemon juice as an underarm deodorant (which by the way works fantastically well) I've had requests for similar tips.

Here's one using garlic to make a tea.

1. Put a clove or 2 of raw, crushed garlic and 1 or 2 grams of loose-leaf green tea in a teapot. Add a teaspoon or two of unrefined brown sugar if you wish, just to take the edge off the garlic taste.

2. Pour in hot water, stir, then put the lid on and let it steep for several minutes before drinking. Sip it slowly, don't gulp it down.

3. When finished leave the ingredients in the pot, with lid on, as you can top it up with more water once or twice throughout the day.

This is a traditional Chinese folk remedy for killing germs and resolving toxins in the body. Garlic is not suitable for everyone though. To find out why and for more garlic remedies see this article.

Any questions about garlic remedies or anything else on the site just let me know.

All the best,
