Garlic Benefits, Garlic Remedies

Garlic is a potent natural immune system booster. It's also a powerful natural antibiotic and digestive aid. There are lots of other garlic benefits too - for instance did you know it can boost libido?

Garlic has long been used in Chinese cooking, folk remedies and medicinal teas. I have a book dedicated to the use of garlic and other common ingredients in making home health remedies, many of which I have tried. I often drink a preventative remedy made of garlic, green tea and a little sugar. See article link, below, for how to make it.

You must be careful with garlic though as it is a strong stimulant and can cause side effects if you consume too much. If you consume too much it will really heat up your system and cause some unpleasant side effects.
