Fruit Problems

I have written before about the problems with drinking fruit juice. In Chinese medicine and Japanese macrobiotic terms it is cold and damp.

Many people today have pain, excess weight, mental and emotional problems and infections. Cold, damp, sugary fruit juice can worsen all these things.

Eating whole fruit, though, has always been considered (by pretty much everyone) to be healthy, for its nutrients, anti-oxidants and fibre.

However, there are reasons NOWADAYS for not eating fruit at all.

According to one of my nutrition teachers, Dr. Lawrence Wilson, fruit, unfortunately, can no longer be considered healthful.

Then judge for yourself. Stop eating all fruit for a few weeks and see what changes take place with your digestion, weight, pain levels, mood and energy.
