One Exercise For Abs, Back, Head, Legs

Many Chinese exercises have multiple benefits and a superb example is the Forward Backward Bend.

This exercise stretches the front and back of your body from a standing position. I often do it at night as I find the forward bending part very relaxing and good for sleep.

It also loosens and strengthens your back, helps reduce abdominal fat and encourages blood flow to your head and face.

It's best to do this exercise when you are warmed up, e.g. after walking, as stretching cold, tight muscles can lead to injury.

Previously I have recommended the Bellows Breath as an essential daily exercise - the Forward Backward Bend is another exercise everyone should do.
