How To Massage Sore, Tired, Red Eyes
Massaging sore, tired, red eyes is very easy and very effective.
I have excellent vision but I sometimes get sore eyes while using my computer or watching TV or on windy days.
I do occasionally use eye drops just to add a bit of lubrication to my eyes if they are really dry but I prefer not to. The far better and healthier way is to stop what you are doing for a couple of minutes and do some traditional Chinese eye massage.
Many schools in China have their students do these techniques daily to prevent eye strain from studying.
Eye massage can be done on yourself and on others.
Anytime you have sore, tired or red eyes from overwork or reading, etc, try these very simple and highly effective
