Exercises For Toning Legs

If you have flabby or weak legs there are a number of exercises you can do. These exercises don't require weights, you use your body weight as resistance.

Doing these exercises regularly also stimulates important energy meridians which connect to your internal organs. If you stimulate the meridians, through leg exercises and stretching, you also stimulate various internal organs.
