An Essential Exercise for City People

I've lived in China for 10 years and it's no secret the air pollution here can be bad. You may wonder why I live here but that's a story for another time.

There is one exercise I do every day - sometimes 3 or 4 times a day - that I believe is absolutely essential to help combat the effects of living in places where the air quality is not great.

It's a breathing exercise that all city dwellers should learn, as well as smokers and anyone who lives in an environment that's dusty or dirty.

I've been doing this exercise for many years - long enough to know that it is very, very powerful. Doing it for just a few minutes clears stale air and impurities from your lungs and airways and floods your system with fresh oxygen, which in turn makes you feel GREAT!
