Self Help For Anxiety, Panic Attacks

Anxiety and panic attacks are very common and for many people they are very debilitating. I had a panic attack myself many years ago when stuck in a big crowd of people. It was a scary experience.

Luckily, it only happened just the once. However, I know many people have daily attacks of anxiety and panic and it has taken control of their life.

You CAN take control back though. You CAN stop anxiety and panic attacks.

I had an email last week from a man in Malaysia who had been experiencing anxiety and panic attacks which were stopping him sleeping. He had been to see his doctor and a psychiatrist and medication was prescribed, which he didn't really want to take. He asked if I could help.

I suggested he try some of the self-help techniques on my website. These techniques often work wonders. I also suggested he try EFT, a modern form of acupressure. Basically, it involves tapping on certain acupressure points on your body, while tuning in to your problem. This may seem silly to you but it works.

A couple of days later I got an email from the man saying...

"My anxiety has greatly reduced after using the tapping method and it really works! I enjoyed the whole day without having to experience the same kind of feelings a couple of days ago".

If anxiety and panic attacks are controlling your life you need to take control back. Easier said than done for some people, I know. Medication is not the solution though. Try some of the techniques on my site, try EFT, the results may surprise you.

And if self-help techniques don't help I strongly suggest acupuncture and/or Chinese herbal medicine. For acupuncture look for someone who uses Acugraph diagnostic equipment.
