A Dream Diet That Works? Wake up!

It's amazing how so many people go looking for a quick and easy, one-size-fits-all diet to help them reach their health and weight goals. They're after a dream diet that works for everyone, every time.

There's no such thing though. This is why so many of the diets you read and hear about are just fads that come and go like the seasons.

According to traditional Chinese medicine we are all unique - physically, mentally and emotionally - and therefore when it comes to such things as diet we have unique needs. Your needs vary depending on things like your body type, your age, your current state of health, the environment where you live and the seasons.

I published an article on food and diets, and the benefits of the traditional Chinese approach, on another website.

You can read it here.

By the way, the traditional Chinese approach to food and eating works for anyone - you don't need to be Chinese and you can apply the principles to any kind of food, not just Chinese food.

Any questions let me know, I'll be happy to help.

P.S. I'm currently designing 2 new programs - Lower Back Exercises and Self-Massage Techniques. The lower back program will be ready first, hopefully by next week.
