Is This You?

Very few people eat enough COOKED vegetables EVERY day. Yet it is essential for good health. You should eat at least 2 or 3 cups of cooked vegetables with every meal.

Raw vegetables are hard to chew and digest. There are plenty of nutrients in steamed or stir-fried vegetables, which break down, digest and absorb much easier than raw vegetables.

For better digestion keep your meals simple. For example have a meal of just 1 meat and 1 or 2 cooked vegetables, or a meal of just cooked vegetables. Vary it though, don't eat the same meat or vegetables each day.

If you start eating more cooked vegetables, in 1 month (or less) you will feel healthier and stronger than you do today.

All the best,
