Christmas Eating Tips
December 17, 2014

If you celebrate Christmas and tend to over indulge, here are some Christmas eating tips, traditional Chinese style. Even if Christmas is not your thing these "rules" apply to everyone.

1. Eat until you are no more than about 75% full. This is one of the golden rules of eating.

2. Simple food combinations are best. Plates piled high with a bit of everything are a sure way to give yourself indigestion. Even just avoiding dessert (including fruit) straight after your meals is a big help. Not drinking a lot of liquid (any liquid) with meals helps greatly too.

For more of my healthy Christmas eating tips see the back issues link at the bottom of this email. Open the link then scroll down to the tip from this time last year and the year before. The self-massage technique is especially helpful for when you eat too much.

All the best for Christmas (if it has meaning for you) and for a happy, healthy 2015.
