Chinese Herbal Remedies For Almost Everything

In case you don't know, I recently started a new website called It's a guide for people without herbal knowledge or training looking for a proven, natural way to get and stay healthy.

Chinese herbal remedies come in many forms such as pills, tablets, syrups, powders and teas. They are a powerful healing method for several reasons:

1. The system of diagnosing and prescribing has been thoroughly tested and refined over a period of not less than 2000 years. Simply put - what works is still in use and what doesn't was discarded long ago.

2. Chinese herbal remedies can be tailored to match your specific problem. No two people are exactly the same so, for instance, even if two people have headaches it is unlikely they will be given exactly the same treatment.

3. When prescribed by a professionally trained practitioner of Chinese herbal medicine they produce virtually no side effects.

So far two sections of the site (out of ten or so) have been done. There is a section for common respiratory complaints like cough, sore throat and sinus infections, and one for emotional problems like depression, anxiety and OCD.

There is also a list of frequently asked questions about Chinese herbal remedies.

Check out the site here.

And if you have questions about Chinese herbal remedies for your health complaints let me know via the contact form on the new site.

All the best,
