Chinese Health Tips For Everything?

Today I was looking at all the Chinese health tips I've emailed since October 2009. Over 50 traditional Chinese style health tips have been sent out on a wide range of topics such as:





Weight loss




Ab Exercises

Thigh & butt exercises

Back exercises

Knee exercises

Colds & flu

Water, green tea & more.

Most of the tips are based on simple exercises and self-help techniques, however some suggest professionally prescribed Chinese herbal medicine or acupuncture - usually in the case of long term or serious problems.

Some time next year I'll probably have written enough Chinese health tips for a book but in the meantime my tip this week is to bookmark all previous tips for quick and easy access.

At the bottom of this email you'll see a link to all back issues. Bookmark them (even if you think you'll never need some of the tips) in a folder and name it Chinese Health Tips. Health problems can arise at anytime and there may well be a Chinese health tip covering it.
